    1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
      1. 1. These rules are developed in accordance with the law Of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection" dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 (ed. dated 05.12.2022), Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 18 , 2020 No. 1853 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of hotel services in Of the Russian Federation" and other federal and regional regulatory legal acts regulating the activities of hotels.
      2. 1.2. Guests can familiarize themselves with the rules of accommodation:

    3. ROOM RESERVATIONS

      4. 3.3. The booking is considered valid from the moment of receipt by the customer of the booking confirmation from the Hotel.       5. 3.4. Cancellation of the reservation is carried out by accepting information from the customer for cancellation of the reservation by mail, telephone and other communication that allows you to establish that the cancellation of the reservation comes from the customer.

      7. 3.6. If the booking is cancelled within the period less than the above from the guest will be charged penalties according to the cancellation conditions in invoice/confirmation.
      8. 3.7. With guaranteed booking, the hotel waits for the Guest until 12:00h of the day following the day of the scheduled arrival.
      9. 3.8. In case of non-guaranteed booking, the hotel waits for the Guest until 18:00 h of the day of arrival, and, in the absence of an agreement on more late check-in time, the reservation is cancelled.
      10. 3.9. The Hotel administration has the right to refuse a reservation if there are no available rooms on the date indicated in the application.
    4. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
      1. 4.1. "Prince Park Hotel" is intended for temporary accommodation citizens within the period agreed with the Hotel administration. The maximum period of stay in the Hotel for citizens of the Russian Federation is not set, for foreign citizens — according to the legislation of the Russian Federation on stay foreign citizens on the territory of the Russian Federation.
      2. 4.2. A hotel room is provided to citizens of the Russian Federation upon presentation a valid identity document, and it is the original of the citizen's PASSPORT, according to the requirements legislation of the Russian Federation, executed in accordance with the established procedure and filling in guest registration card – "Guest Questionnaire".
      3. 4.3. In accordance with the rules of registration and removal of citizens of the Russian Federation from registration registration the hotel registers Guests who are citizens RF. Registration of citizens under 14 years of age is carried out on the basis of documents parents or close relatives, as well as birth certificates.
      4. 4.4. Registration of a foreign citizen or a stateless person registration at the place of stay in the hotel and their removal from the register it is carried out in accordance with the Rules of Migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation.
      5. 4.5. If necessary, guaranteed early (before 14:00 on the day of check-in) check-in or late (after 12:00 on the day of check-out) check-out of the Guest from the room, payment is made in 100% of the daily cost accommodation.
        In case of early arrival of the Guest at the hotel (before 14:00 on the day of check-in), subject to the actual availability of rooms on that day, payment it is made depending on the estimated time as follows:
        • from 06:00h to 12:00h – 50% of the daily room rate;
        • from 00:00h to 12:00h – 100% of the daily room rate;
      6. 4.6. If you need to extend your stay, you must inform the reception desk administrator about this reception and accommodation of the hotel no later than 12 hours before the settlement the hour of the guest's departure. If there are available rooms, the administrator extends the period of stay.
        In case of delayed departure of the Guest, subject to prior agreement with the administrator and the actual availability of rooms, the fee for accommodation is charged in the following order:
        • from 12:00h to 18:00h – 50% of the daily room rate;
        • from 18:00h onwards – 100% of the daily room rate.
      7. 4.7. The total number of guests staying in the room should not exceed the number of seats in the room. In agreement with the administration in rooms of a certain category may be provided with additional a bed for an additional fee in accordance with the price list.
        • The capacity of a Standard Single room is 1 main bed.
        • The capacity of a Standard room is 2 main seats + 1 additional seat.
        • The capacity of the rooms of the category "Business", "Studio", "Suite" - 2 main seats, 1 additional seat.
        • If a separate bed is required to accommodate a third person in the room (without age restrictions), it is possible to use an extra folding bed for an additional fee
        • The capacity of the "Family" room is 2 main beds, 2 additional beds.
        Accommodation in an extra bed is provided on a single bed at no extra charge.
        At the request of the guest, a baby cot is provided free of charge in all room categories.
      8. 4.8. Guest when signing the "Guest Questionnaire" upon check-in agrees to use in the premises of the hotel (with the exception of rooms and toilet cubicles) video surveillance systems, gives consent to processing and use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Personal Data Processing Policy of the Hotel.
      9. 4.9. The Hotel Administrator has the right to refuse to arrange accommodation persons who are allegedly in a state of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication, as well as in case of payment arrears hotel services and non-compensated material damage caused by the hotel, as well as in the absence of documents required for check-in.

    5. PAYMENT FOR ACCOMMODATION
      1. 5.1. Payment for accommodation services is carried out according to the approved the price list in Russian rubles, valid on the day of payment.       2. 5.2. Payment for accommodation in cash is made at the time of check-in of the guest. Subject to cashless settlement, the settlement is made after full payment for the guest's accommodation at the time of his check-in (date payment is considered to be the date of receipt of funds to the settlement account enterprises).
      3. 5.3. Payment for accommodation and other ordered services is made in accordance with the current price list approved by the Director Hotel, or according to the cost indicated on the resources where it was a reservation has been made.
      4. 5.4. An advance payment when booking a room is made by the customer in the amount and within the time specified in the invoice issued by the contractor the confirmation invoice.       6. 5.6. At the request of the guest, the hotel provides additional paid services in accordance with the approved Price List.
    6. HOTEL POLICIES
      1. 6.1. In addition to paid services, the Hotel provides guests with the following free services:
        • water upon arrival (one bottle per guest);
        • items of individual use;
        • wireless Internet services (WI-FI);
        • provision of one set of dishes and cutlery (on request);
        • calling an ambulance, other special services;
        • delivery of correspondence to the room upon receipt;
        • wake up to a certain time;
        • luggage storage;
        • taxi call;
      2. 6.2. For the safety of personal valuables in each room a safe is provided, which the guest uses free of charge. Money, valuable papers, jewelry must be left in the safe in the room.       3. 6.3. The guest can use the luggage room to leave your belongings (luggage) without additional payments.
      4. 6.4. The hotel is not responsible for the operation of municipal utilities: emergency power outage, thermal energy, water supply and the quality of services provided by them.
      5. 6.5. During the Guest's stay, the room is cleaned daily, change of bed linen – 1 time in 3 days. At the request of the guest for additional room cleaning can be provided for an additional fee and a change of underwear.
      6. 6.6. If the Guest finds forgotten things in the room, the Administration takes measures to return them to the owner. If it failed to do so, the hotel ensures the safety of things before handing them over to the Guest or his to the authorized person within three months. If the person entitled to to demand a forgotten thing, does not get in touch or a place of stay unknown, the Hotel administration reports the discovery to the police.
      7. 6.7. The "Book of reviews and suggestions" is located at the reception desk and is issued at the first request (to the first request) of the guest. Applications are accepted by the hotel in writing and are considered in accordance with the procedure established by Law.
      8. 6.8. Unauthorized persons are not allowed in the residential buildings of the Hotel. At the request of the guest, after notifying the employee of the reception and accommodation service, the hotel administration allows their visit until 23.00.     7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF GUESTS

    8. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOTEL ADMINISTRATION
