The health of our guests and employees is very important to us.

We pay special attention to the requirements and implementation of sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures to ensure the safety of our employees and guests. The Prince Park Hotel administration follows all Rospotrebnadzor recommendations and previously issued instructions from the Moscow Office of Rospotrebnadzor on a daily basis.

Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The hotel submits weekly and quarterly reports to Rospotrebnadzor, the Moscow City Hall, the Tourism Committee, and Sanitary Rules and Regulations (SanPiN) regarding the hotel's compliance with the requirements of the Chief Sanitary Doctor and Rospotrebnadzor to prevent the emergence and spread of the novel coronavirus infection COVID-19 among the population of Moscow.

Workplaces and common areas (hallways, elevators, corridors, lobbies, and restrooms) are disinfected with special disinfectant solutions recommended by Rospotrebnadzor. Cleaning includes ventilation and quartz treatment.

Mask boxes and contactless hand sanitizer dispensers are available for guests and staff at all times. Air recirculators are also installed to disinfect the air in all public areas.

All employees undergo contactless temperature checks and are required to maintain a distance of 1.5 - 2 meters.

Hotel staff are provided with masks, sanitizer, and necessary protective equipment. They have been instructed in all rules and regulations for the prevention of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

All dishes and cutlery are also sanitized in accordance with Rospotrebnadzor requirements.

Guests can leave all personal items in the laundry room in a special bag located in their room.

The hotel provides 24/7 information support to guests and staff and is in contact with local and regional authorities.
