THE QR-CODE PROCEDURE FOR FOREIGN CITIZENS IN MOSCOW

Dear guests!

According to the clause 42 of the Decree of the Mayor of Moscow dated October 21, 2021 No. 62-UM, the foreign citizens should have a QR code to visit public places in the city of Moscow.

QR code is issued on the basis of the results of PCR research at the laboratories of the city of Moscow, connected to the system EMIAS.

Before the PCR test in the laboratory a foreign citizen must fill out a form indicating the passport number, date of birth, telephone number of a Russian mobile operator, e-mail and other personal data.

The results of PCR test will be sent by the laboratory to the system EMIAS and to e-mail of the foreign citizen specified during registration.

In opened window https://immune.mos.ru/foreign a foreign citizen should indicate the last name, first name, patronymic (if available), date of birth, telephone number of a Russian mobile operator (code +7 is automatically put without the possibility of deletion), and passport number, work patent number (if available, optional field).

IMPORTANT! All data entered must fully match the information that was indicated by the foreign citizen during the PCR test in the laboratory.

SMS code will be sent to the specified phone number, this code must be entered in the field for identification of a foreign citizen. After identification, a foreign citizen receives a QR code with PCR test. QR code should be kept in printed form or in phone. PCR test is valid for 48 hours from the date of the receipt of the result.
