The international tourist exhibition-forum "REST 2018" will be held at the Expocentre Fairgrounds (Pavilion 2, Halls 1-3) in Moscow on September 11-13.
The exhibition was organized by Euroexpo, a member of the National Congress Bureau, and is held with official support from the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for Tourism, the Association of Tour Operators of Russia, the Russian Union of Travel Industry, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, and the Association for the Safety of Tourism Industry Objects.
This year, about 40 regions of the country take part in the exhibition part of the Forum, and the total area of their stands has increased significantly compared to last year.
The Land of the Rising Sun acts as a partner country of the REST exhibition.
This is not the first time the Dominican Republic has become the official sponsor of the REST 2018 forum-exhibition. Vologda Oblast has become the Russian partner region of the REST 2018 exhibition.
On September 11, the All-Russian meeting on the development of domestic and inbound tourism of the Russian Federation will be held as part of the 24th International Tourism Forum and Exhibition REST 2018 It will be organized as a discussion platform. Following the results of the meeting, proposals will be formed on priority measures for the development of tourism in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for 2019.
Among the basic events of the business program, round tables will be devoted to the results of the summer season of 2018, Russian-Chinese tourism, the Russian tourist market for foreign tour operators, industrial, skiing, ecological and other types of tourism, federal and interregional routes, the role of museums in the development of the tourism industry, etc. .
