The procedure for obtaining a QR code for foreign citizens in Moscow

In accordance with paragraph 42 of the Decree of the Mayor of Moscow dated October 21, 2021, No. 62-UM, foreign citizens must obtain a QR code to visit public places in Moscow.
QR codes are issued based on the results of PCR testing in Moscow laboratories connected to the EMIAS system.

In the laboratory, before the PCR test, a foreign citizen must fill out a questionnaire indicating their passport number, date of birth, Russian mobile phone number, email address, and other personal information.
The PCR test results will be sent by the laboratory to the Unified Medical Information System (EMIS) and to the foreign citizen's email address specified during registration.

You can undergo identification and receive a QR code on the portal immune.mos.ru in real time.
In the window that opens https://immune.mos.ru/foreign, a foreign citizen must indicate their last name, first name, patronymic (if any), date of birth, telephone number of a Russian mobile operator (the prefix +7 is entered automatically and cannot be removed), passport series and number, and work license number (if any, an optional field).
IMPORTANT! The information entered must completely match the information provided by the foreign citizen during the PCR test in the laboratory.
An SMS code will be sent to the specified phone number. This code must be entered into the field that appears to identify the foreign citizen. After identification, the foreign citizen receives a QR code confirming the PCR test, which can be printed, saved to a smartphone, or screenshotted. The PCR test QR code is valid for 48 hours from December 8, 2021.
